This page is created to honor my
daughter, Amanda Schmidt,
who lost her life here on Earth, July 1, 2003. She was 12 years old.
She was born on Sunday January 13, 1991. She is from Barnhart, Missouri.
She has a little sister, Deanna, and a baby brother, AJ, who is named after his
guardian angel.
She has a little doggie, Hallie.

Amanda
taught us all to "be ourselves" and not worry about what others thought.
She also taught us to understand "Amanda language"! She
was a fun, crazy, highly energetic and beautiful girl. Nobody came
close to taking her spotlight. |
We all miss Amanda dearly and hurt tremendously,
but we all have faith and confidence that we will see her again.
Until then, we have the wonderful memories that cannot be replaced,
and the belief that she will always be with us,
just over our shoulders watching,
to accompany us through life.

And when the night of my weeping
comes, my heart in agony must bleed.
Shaken by grief that can find
no words, so crushed and weak, uncomforted.
Then of His presence I grow aware,
and
we together the load can bear:
Jesus and I, Jesus and I, Jesus and I
